We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Raj Shrestha as our new Chairperson. Our board of Directors unanimously accepted our founder Ojash Shrestha’s proposal to appoint Raj as the next chairperson on March 26, 2023. Raj has been associated with Ganga Ghar since 2009—first as sponsor and then as a valuable board member since 2014.
With his extensive experience and undeniable passion for our cause, we are confident that Raj will provide transformational leadership to help Ganga Ghar achieve even greater heights in our mission to provide access to quality education for impoverished children of Nepal and disrupt the poverty cycle for those children and their families.
As the Chairperson, Raj will provide strategic guidance and regular oversight to Ganga Ghar’s program and projects, working closely with the board of directors, sponsors, donors, team members, and volunteers. We wish him the very best wishes as he undertakes his new leadership post.
